Consecrated for Battle

We are excited to announce our 2nd Annual Men's Summit to be held at St. Martin de Porres Church. And, our theme this year is: "Consecrated for Battle"—two days, 4x talks, and a brisket dinner on night one. Our guest speakers will give us a clear, doable consecration plan to place your home under Mary’s mantle and recapture culture starting at your dinner table, on your phones, and in your habits "Consecrated For Battle".

Talk 1 (Friday Night) | Jesse Romero, “Forged in Prayer: The Weapon Christ Gave His Warriors” (Scripture and Spiritual Combat)

Description:

Prayer is not passive—it is a weapon given by Christ to His disciples for spiritual battle. Drawing from Scripture, this talk reveals how prayer confronts temptation, defeats the enemy, and strengthens men to lead with courage. Discover how the Word of God teaches us to wield prayer as a powerful weapon in the fight for our souls.

Talk 3 (Saturday) | Jesse Romero, “Battle-Tested Prayer: The Weapons of Saints”, (Tradition and the Church’s Spiritual Warfare)

Description:

For centuries the saints have fought spiritual battles using the same weapons handed down through the Church. This talk explores how Catholic Tradition equips men with powerful spiritual practices—from disciplined prayer to Marian devotion—that have stood the test of time. Learn how the wisdom of the saints prepares us for victory in spiritual combat.

A sought-after speaker, he advocates for sacramental living and spiritual discipline to combat diabolical influences, drawing on his military and theological expertise.
